Why you should study Business Studies?

This qualification in business will provide you with a broad introduction to the business sector. It will present you with the opportunity to expore the world of business in a practical way. By adopting a investigative approach, you will develop a range of skills (including time management, presentational skills, team working, researching and problem solving) while discovering the problems and opportunities faced by businesses. What skills do I need to be successful in this subject?

You do not need to have studied Business Studies before but you will need to have an interest in the business world around you. You need to develop a good awareness of current business affairs, which you will develop by reading the newspapers and following the news.  You need to have an inquisitive mind and enjoy researching and investigating business and your own business ideas.
