Shoulder & Upper Chest Press

The Shoulder & Upper Chest Press is a versatile dual-function machine designed to develop strength in the shoulders, chest and upper body. With adjustable positioning and smooth resistance, it supports both shoulder press and incline chest press exercises from a single station.

Before Your First Workout

Complete a Gym Induction

Before you can use the St Paul’s Gym independently, you’ll need to complete a short gym induction. This covers gym safety, equipment use, emergency procedures and how to get the most from the facility.

Before attending your induction, please read the Gym Conditions of Use and Gym User Declaration. During your induction, you’ll be asked to sign the declaration.

Once your induction has been completed, gym access will be added to your Sixth Form pass, allowing you to book gym sessions online.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, support your sporting performance or simply stay active, the St Paul’s Gym is here to help you achieve your goals.

Once you have completed your gym induction, gym access will be added to your Sixth Form pass, allowing you to book sessions online up to one week in advance. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
