What is Inspired To Teach?
The Inspired to Teach Programme which will run alongside you A Levels or BTECs. It is designed for students thinking about a career in teaching.
Why study Inspired To Teach?
We will help you find out more about the different routes into teacher training and equip you with the skills to become an outstanding teacher. We will help you build a portfolio of evidence to assist in future university applications at the start of Year 13, along with writing an excellent university application.

The will be 6 seminars that are taught throughout year 12:
Supported work experience in one of our alliance schools who specialise in teacher training
– One full Week in July of Year 12 and a shorter placement in a different key stage during year 12
Training in coaching and mentoring
– Experience mentoring a student in KS3/4
Experience as a Learning Support Assistant
– Gives you an insight into teaching as a career
An insight into teaching as a career
