Course Inspired To Teach

Why Choose Inspired To Teach at St Paul’s?

Our Inspired to Teach programme combines expert guidance with a nurturing environment where every student is encouraged to grow as a future educator.

  • Gain real classroom experience by supporting lessons and working alongside experienced teachers.
  • Develop key professional skills such as communication, organisation and leadership.
  • Understand how learning happens through observation, reflection and practical involvement.
  • Be part of a supportive community that values curiosity, creativity and collaboration.
  • Build a strong foundation for the future with pathways into teaching, mentoring and education-related careers.

You’ll be encouraged to grow in confidence and see the difference you can make in the lives of others, something that sits right at the heart of St Paul’s values.

Where Inspired To Teach Can Take You

Many of our students go on to study education, psychology, or child development at university, or begin apprenticeships and careers in teaching, training, or mentoring.

Whatever path you take, the understanding and confidence you build at St Paul’s, such as working with others, leading, and reflecting, will stay with you long after Sixth Form.

I thought about leaving, but I realised no one else would care about me the way St Paul’s does. Here, I’m not starting over, I’m moving forward.
