A Level

Students can choose three A Levels to study from a wide range of courses available. It is important for students to choose the right course to ensure higher levels of success and enjoyment. Assessments in the first year of study is internal and at the end of the final year, students are assessed externally. 

BTEC

BTEC courses are equivalent to one (single award) or two (double award) A Levels. BTEC courses are assessed through a series of coursework and exam units. Units are marked and graded through assignments based on work-related situations or activities, with opportunities for teamwork and in-depth study. 

AAQ

ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS NOW

Academic and Applied Qualifications (AAQs) are a new type of qualification designed to provide learners with a clearer and more structured path into higher education. They aim to enhance students’ understanding and purpose as they transition from secondary education.

Health & Social Care

This course will help you acquire knowledge and understanding of health, early-years care and education, and the care of adults and vulnerable people.

Applied Science (Extended Certificate)

This course will provide a rounded experience of all 3 Sciences: Chemistry, Biology and Physics

Extended Project Qualification (EPQ)
